ACLU blasts review of Facebook page on RI lawmaker

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) -- The Rhode Island chapter of the ACLU is blasting Attorney General Peter Kilmartin for his review of a Facebook page that lampooned a state lawmaker, saying any suggestion of a criminal probe casts a pall over the exercise of First Amendment rights.
